The Opportunity
Specialist Claims Handler
Full time; Permanent positions - 40 hours per week.
Location; Lynchwood House, Peterborough Business Park / Hybrid Working available.
Salary; £27,429 minimum (dependant on experience)
Shifts; 12-week shift pattern (Rotation).
Monday - Friday 8-8pm; Saturday 9-5pm (1 in 12).

We are currently recruiting for a Specialist Claims Handler to join our established and experienced team here at RSA.Your Role
As a specialist claims handler your role will involve managing a portfolio of home claims from FNOL to conclusion using agreed claims processes and fulfilling claims using our network of suppliers or with a cash settlement.
About You
Previous experience in processing home insurance claims from FNOL to settlement is required.
Act as the technical authority in the review and resolution of claims to achieve the best possible settlement, and provide solutions in a timely, professional, and empathic manner.
