A great opportunity to join a small team providing excellent, consistent and professional levels of service to our clients customers and all aspects of their business

Key Responsibilities:

Assist and support the sales team with leads.
Update CRM on a daily basis, regarding sales leads, logging every conversation and action including updating the sales team.
Weekly CRM reporting to Manager
Liaising and assisting Customer Services on fuel integration signup.
Assist and liaise with Installation team surrounding fuel sign up

- .Advise customer enquiries on partner services and additional equipment, liaising with Customer Service and Hardware

Upselling equipment to existing customers
Responding to marketing campaigns with outbound sales calls.
To explain, promote and sell Local Loyalty to our customers
Signup to delivery of services and equipment for Local Loyalty
Online EPoS (ShopMate) demo training

Key Skills:

You have strong educational qualifications
Motivated, outgoing, organised individual with a structured reliable approach to both resolving issues
You have a strong work ethic able to work on own initiative
Open and honest person, comfortable working as part of a team and contributing confidently to discussions relating to tasks and projects
Good listening and problemsolving skills, a logical thinker with the ability to communicate at all levels.
Able to take on challenges and see solutions through to successful conclusion.

Short listing will start immediately and Stamford, Bourne, Grantham, Peterborough, Oakham, Colsterworth, Market Deeping and the surrounding area are all easily commutable
