Are you friendly, understanding, adaptable and looking for a new challenge?


We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable people to come and join our large team of experienced staff in Lincoln.

Currently based at 2 sites in the City, our day services for people with disabilities, have a focus on supported volunteering, developing new skills, meeting new people and being a valued part of their community.

Its an exciting and varied role, with the chance to use your own skills and interests as part of our developing day service offer.


We have full and part time roles available.
Helping people live life to the full is what we are all about.

Developing positive relationships with everyone, using and developing your communication skills, you'll work with people with disabilities and the wider community to help people try something new, develop skills, and make something happen in the community and the lives of other people.

From supporting our work-experience programme in our community café in the City, to creating high-quality garden furniture, or helping people develop independence skills using public transport or taking part in our varied in-house activities like, drama, dance, cookery and gardening, no two days are the same.


It's a great time to join our experienced and supportive team, as we continue to expand our supported volunteering and work-experience opportunities, alongside redeveloping our buildings to create even more connections with the community.


With a big commitment to training and developing our staff, we can help you build your skills in person-centred planning, support planning, risk assessments, and much more.

Whether or not you have experience of supporting people with disabilities, we'll give full induction training, to support you to bring your skills and interests to our team and the people we support.

About You
Positive outlook, can-do approach

  • Creative and willingness to try new things.
  • Adaptable and willing to support all aspects of the day, including help with personal care.
In addition

  • A full driving license and a willingness to drive for work would be an advantage.
  • The flexibility to work across some evenings and weekends from time to time.
