Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus Area: Management own and run our Scrum of Scrums


  • Focus Area: Engagement

  • Act as a visible champion and coach for Agile in Weir
  • Focus Area: Continuous Improvement
  • Support the wider adoption and scaling of Agile practices and tools in Weir
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Expert level experience in scrummaster or scrum of scrums master role.
  • Expert experience in a program management role
  • Extensive experience in process improvement within an organisation
