- Act as a visible champion and coach for Agile in Weir
- Focus Area: Continuous Improvement
- Support the wider adoption and scaling of Agile practices and tools in Weir
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Expert level experience in scrummaster or scrum of scrums master role.
- Expert experience in a program management role
- Extensive experience in process improvement within an organisation
