local authority in the

West London region, to recruit an experienced

Lettings Coordinator. If you are looking to increase your earnings for the year,

Contract: 6 Months (Possible Extension)

Salary:
£22 p/h (Umbrella)

Start Date:
July 2023

Shift Pattern: 40 hours / Full-time 09:00am - 17:00pm

DUTIES

Coordinate the process of letting all void properties from receipt of notification of tenancy termination to sign up of new tenancy.
Support the delivery of front line, customer focused administration function, associated with lettings and mutual exchanges.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting selfsufficiency while offering support when needed.
Coordinate and facilitate a seamless lettings process by liaising with customers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, including data quality checks, tenancy assessments, and deposit management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
-
DBS required for this role:

Previous experience working within a housing association or a similar organisation.
At least 3 years of experience within a Housing Lettings role or equivalent.
Understanding of issues around housing law, rights of tenants and laws relating to repairs.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing with a wide range of people, including Councilors, contractors and other agencies.
Highly selfmotivated with the ability to plan work effectively without high levels of supervision.
Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
