About the Role

Work as part of a team in maintaining and monitoring CCTV, intruder, and fire alarm panels,
-
Delivering excellent customer service

:

-
Incident management. assisting with internal emergency calls

:

-
Good level of concentration and coordinating

:

-
Good communication skills and effective report writing capabilities

Prevention of loss of assets, critical technology, sensitive information, or reputational damage.

Monitor access and egress of personnel and guests and respond to breaches

-
Maintain clear and legible records and logbook Adhere to health & safety at all times.

Any other duties deemed necessary

Key responsibilities

Assist with the day-to-day operational requirements.

Ensure compliance with Assignment Instructions

Complete reports outlining any identified risks

Escalate any serious issues relating to incidents in the appropriate manner

Report any Health & Safety issues on sites

Produce accurate incident reports

Respond to emergency situations

Ensure all alarms are responded in a timely fashion

Applicant requirements

Hold Valid SIA CCTV License

5-year checkable education/work history & references

Prior control room, or security experience gained in a corporate, Critical National Infrastructure, Police or Military environment. (Desirable)
