My high-profile banking client are recruiting for a Settlements Analyst to work in the Dublin based offices on an initial 6-month contract with the possibility to extend the contract and eventually becoming permanent.

This is great opportunity; Training willbe provided.

The Role:


The employee in this role is responsible for the initial setup and maintenance of Mutual Funds, Alternative Investments, Unit Investment Trusts, and various other product types for The Bank's Wealth Management and US Trust.

There are over 1,400 system indicatorssupporting more than 31,000 cusips.

This role includes the participation in evaluations and subsequent scoring of the fund company's performance in accordance with operating standards at The Bank.

Also, the role provides an opportunity to liaise with fundcompanies and transfer agents to acquire knowledge related to document requirements, fees, and billing as well as trading, regarding adherence to the fund company's attributes.

Through this position, the employee will gain the knowledge of financial risksand proprietary program skills with an understanding of the direct impact on The Bank's Wealth Management and US Trust.

The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Review of documents received from fund companies which provide instructions for the setup of Mutual Funds, Alternative Investments, Unit Investment Trusts, and various other products
  • Analysis of received data to ensure system support ability
  • Data entry to add products to the proprietary platform
  • Quality review of data entered
  • Testing of system enhancements based upon business initiatives
  • Frequent communication with internal and external business partners
  • Assist with project work as needed
