Pennine Recruitment, acting as an employment agency, are looking to recruit an experienced Purchasing Administrator for a client in Sherburn-in-Elmet.
This is a permanent role, direct with the company on day one.- Liaising with suppliers regarding outstanding Purchase orders.
- Communicating supply chain updates within the company.
- Checking order confirmations and updating computer system in line with this.
- Organising sample requests with existing suppliers.
- General administration and data entry tasks linked with pricing and purchasing.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritising your workload and multitasking
- Competent with Windows Excel and other Microsoft Office Programmes.
- Great Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a busy fastpaced team.
Salary:
£23,000.00 per year
