Pennine Recruitment, acting as an employment agency, are looking to recruit an experienced Purchasing Administrator for a client in Sherburn-in-Elmet.

This is a permanent role, direct with the company on day one.

  • Liaising with suppliers regarding outstanding Purchase orders.
  • Communicating supply chain updates within the company.
  • Checking order confirmations and updating computer system in line with this.
  • Organising sample requests with existing suppliers.
  • General administration and data entry tasks linked with pricing and purchasing.

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritising your workload and multitasking
  • Competent with Windows Excel and other Microsoft Office Programmes.
  • Great Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work within a busy fastpaced team.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30, 40 hours per week.


Salary:
£23,000.00 per year
