Are you a dynamic Primary school teacher looking for your next role in Darwen?


Tradewind Recruitment are working on behalf of a 1 -form entry Primary school in Darwen who would like to recruit an outstanding primary teacher.


The role is due to start in April and will be continuing for the rest of the academic year until July 2023.

This is a long-term temporary role working pm 5 days a week.

You shall be responsible for a small SEMH class of up to 8 mixed year 4/5 pupilsand have 2 supportive and experienced Teaching Assistants in class.

You shall be required to plan, deliver and assess work in line with the National Curriculum and be happy to partake in Parents Evenings, sports days and school trips.

This is an oversubscribed welcoming, friendly primary school with a good reputation in the local area. The school is a church school with a strong Christian ethos.

They support a positive understanding of Christianity and children are encouraged to flourishand develop through their enriched and creative curriculum.

The school has excellent motorway links and is accessible by many regular bus routes. There is a small onsite car park and ample off
- road parking.

  • Hold QTS status
  • Experience of working with SEMH
