Accounts Assistant

Hayes, Middlesex

£24,000 + Pension + Parking


This established Company are seeking a responsible and hard-working Accounts Assistant to join their team of professionals and manage their purchase ledger function.


Some of your duties will include:

  • Managing the purchase ledger function and ensuring supplier payments are made on time
  • Processing supplier invoices, matching invoices with delivery notes and purchase order documentation
  • Obtaining approval of invoices with relevant Line Managers and inputting onto accounts system
  • Allocating nominal codes to invoices and inputting onto ledger system in preparation for payment
  • Reconciling supplier statements and processing weekly cheque and BAC's supplier payments
  • Managing any payment invoice queries that occur and ensuring all issues are resolved promptly
