Job Summary


The Associate Logistics Coordinator is a key team member in managing overall satisfaction of department filing needs as well as assistance with shipping goods to International Warehouses, Business Partners and End Customers through shipment accuracy, timely action, and sound follow up under the supervision of Logistics Manager.


Essential Functions

  • Manage departments filing needs on daily basis.
  • Prepare export shipments made through Parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, OHL) and Freight Forwarders.
  • Understand and follow Hazmat export rules and procedures (mostly lithium).
  • Create and manage export documents to ensure timely delivery of international shipments.
  • Work environment will be split between both office and warehouse environments (adjacent buildings)

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • 5 + years' experience in warehouse shipping. required and
  • Global Logistics experience a plus. required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Filing methods and procedures
  • Oracle skills and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Detailed oriented, strong organizational skills, strong sense of urgency, and the ability to work with strict deadlines.
  • Ability to function in a high pressure, highly unstructured environment.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong follow up skills with a focus on results and quality of work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
