We have a great opportunity for an Administrator to join our manufacturing department, amongst our friendly team in a well-established engineering business in Shrewsbury.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:


  • Issuing and receipting of stock to works orders
  • Printing Job Cards
  • Creating a week job sheet
  • Creating subcontracting paper work
  • Processing of Delivery notes
  • Processing of Sales Orders
  • Purchasing of raw materials
  • Organisation of sub con delivery and collection
  • Assist in conducting inventory counts
  • Assisting with the coordination of production workflow for one or more products.
  • File and maintain uptodate filing system

  • Strong writing skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects/tasks
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail is require
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to problem solve effectively, using initiative
  • Positive team player
  • A selfstarter, motivated and able to positively motivate others
  • Communicate competently and politely at all levels
  • Ability to meet targets and work to deadlines
  • Able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure

  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations
Full time, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm, Permenant

Starting at £21,673
