Working within our dedicated referrals hub in York you will be responsible for making initial contact with referred clients. Part of your role will also be to help support our helpline delivery during office hours.

You will be required to ensure that clients receive high quality assessments, immediate support, safety planning advice and refer on to relevant agencies.
