Responsibilities:

Observe and record details of any unusual activity
Respond to crime and public disorder incidents and provide assistance to victims, as appropriate.
Be aware of surroundings at all times to ensure safety and security of the premises.
Crowd control
Customer service
Respond to unusual sounds, shouts, cries, explosions; and anything that appears suspicious or out of the ordinary.
