An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Volunteer Hub at City Health Care Partnership CIC. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in the role of Service Administrator.

You will have a strong administration & customer service background and will possess excellent communication skills.


We are looking for a confident and motivated individual with the ability to work on your own initiative and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.

Please note the hours for this role are 18 hours over 4 days.


The CHCP Service Administrator will support the Volunteer Hub and the wider team with the expansion of the organisation through the recruitment administration of volunteers in the Hull and East riding area.


Their primary role is to manage the administration process for the CHCP Volunteer and work placement program and manage the recruitment administration of volunteers and individuals on a work placement.

The role includes being the first point of contact for the service.


The post holder will support the wider team with all aspects of recruitment & service related administration in line with the aims and integrity of CHCP to benefit the organisation, community and volunteers themselves.
