Description
Support the development and delivery a five-year accessibility strategy for the Trust. Support staff training of new AIS Policy. Support the administration of a patient and a staff working group. Oversee the production of all patient information, printed and digital.

Oversee the governance and database management of all patient information. Support with campaigns relating to the Patient Experience element of the Nursing & Quality Division (e.g. Carers Week, Learning Disability Week). Support with the Trust translation and interpreting contract.
