Description
Our client is looking to add a Commercial IP Solicitor to their growing legal team.

This position would be best suited to an experienced Commercial Solicitor with a proven track record gained in a reputable law firm or In-house Legal Team.


  • Have proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts within Software / Technology (including SaaS, software and licensing)
  • Advise and support the Company on other legal matters including, but not limited to, intellectual property, data protection / GDPR and AML
  • Be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' post qualified experience
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commercial / business outlook to your work
