Hi Tech Manufacturing business in Wokingham is recruiting Group Financial Accountant to support reporting and controls of business as they expand with new investment.

The business was part of large listed group last year, have now been bought by PE fundwho have exciting plans in place which are already in motion.

With exposure and headroom for career development to the next level, this position gives you exposure of group consolidations, head office accounting, treasury, tax, and FP&A.

You will have autonomy over controls and process improvement alongside contributingto M&A integration and projects.

This business has a high calibre finance function, down to earth collaborative supportive culture, with the expansion plans and backing from the fund, there will be clear paths to grow and progress internally, avenues down commercial or technical path.

For somebody wanting a broader position in mid-size PE business; taking ownership and authority to make positive change; challenging the legacy to find better; support the management team and contribute to success and growth.

You will be qualified accountant,either from practise background looking for first move into industry or from reporting/consolidations background in industry.
