What to expect at the Recruitment Event.


As well as taking you on a tour of our inspiring new office space at Fort Dunlop, we'll have team members available to answer your questions and introduce you to our business.

There will be presentations and introductions to our business, and specifically our Operations team - which is where the new roles are to be based.


There will also be recruitment activities, including a 1-to-1 interview, to ensure we can come back to you very quickly to confirm your success and an offer to join one of our Operations teams.


The roles we are recruiting for include:

  • **New Claims Advisor**The first touchpoint on our customer's journey, offering support and guidance about our process to non-fault drivers who have been in an accident. This is a shift-based role, with a variety of
    shifts between our working hours of 8am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday. Our salary starts at
    £22k, with annual earnings of £27,631 including monthly bonus in your first year. This rises to a maximum of £32,750 as you progress through the levels in your role with us.
- **Admin Support Advisor**Ensuring our service is as efficient as possible, taking incoming calls from customers and partners, and supporting all areas of our business with excellent communication and customer service. This is a shift-based role, with a variety of
shifts between our working hours of 8am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday. The starting salary for this role is
£20k and has an annual average earnings of £21,231 in your first year. This role rises to £24,235 as you progress across the role levels with us.
- **Customer Support Advisor**Supporting the customer's claim journey from beginning to end, with effective claim management and by providing first class customer service. The working hours for this role are
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, and the starting salary is
£20,750 with annual earning, including bonus, of £23,750 in your first year. The earning potential for this role increases to £26,750 as you progress your role levels in career with us.
What do the roles involve?
With guidance & training, you'll become an ambassador for our business.

You'll be supporting customers at every stage, from first notification of their claim to getting them back into their own vehicle again.
