Maternity Cover - 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Advisor (German Speaking) to join us for Maternity Cover for a minimum period of 12 Months.

The role:


  • Be the Customer Champion
  • First point of contact with our customer for both inbound and outbound communication on their preferred channel
  • Building and maintaining our customer relationships
  • Providing technical product information to our customers and distributors
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Processing Customer orders
  • Organising shipping
  • Updating customer information on our CRM system

Your Skills

  • Fluent verbal and written language ability in German and English
- (Other languages will be considered)

  • Ideally a minimum of 2 years in a customer focused role
  • A passion for talking to customers
  • Thrives in a fast paced sales environment
  • Attention to detail and not afraid to question the status quo
  • The ability pass on technical information in a clear & concise manner
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages
  • The desire to make the role their own
