Junior Recruitment Consultant
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic and growing team.

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent for our clients and managing the recruitmentprocess from start to finish.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Managing the recruitment process, including offer negotiations and reference checking
  • Business Development;prospecting new potential clients and building a relationship with the aim of obtaining new business opportunities.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Contributing to the overall success of the team by meeting or exceeding targets
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Selfmotivated with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A resultsoriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
