Commercial Service Advisor
***- Blaydon Area

Basic Salary: up to £22,500
OTE: up to £24,200
Early/Late shifts: 7:00 3:30 and 9:00 5:30
1 in 2 Saturdays 8:00 12:00.

My client is looking for a Commercial Service Advisor to join their busy and hard working team based in the Blaydon area.

Requirements and Responsibilities of this Commercial Service Advisor role:

You might have some experience as a Service Advisor within an Automotive Business, whether that is for a car garage or commercial business.
OR you will be a customer contact executive, service administrator or have experience within the motor industry trade that enables you to make a success of the role.
You will be taking bookings, helping to organise the technician's workload, managing diaries, advising customers and setting their expectations alongside other duties.
You will be upselling products and services to enhance the customer's experience.
You will be willing to get involved in Administration tasks and other areas of the Service Department as per the needs of the business.
