The Head of Business Performance & Analysis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join the Aldermore FP&A team - a key, high performing and dynamic Finance team in Aldermore.


This high profile role will report to the Director of FP&A and be responsible for providing leadership support across the FP&A team with key deliverables including Group's annual budget and forecasts, Group strategic analysis, and producing commercially relevant management information to meet the changing needs of the business.

It will suit an individual who thrives in a challenging and changing environment and consistently seeks to deliver high quality analysis and support to senior management.


This role will be based in our London office however, you will be able to work a blend of both home and office each week.

You'll be made to feel part of your new team by your Line Manager, and colleagues through regular contact and virtual interaction.


What would your day look like?

  • Increase the strength and commerciality of insights provided to senior management in order to drive forward business decision making
  • Provide oversight and challenge across the FP&A team to ensure highest quality of deliverables including; budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting
  • Work closely with FP&A Director and CFO leadership team to formulate the businesses medium to long term financial and strategic plans
  • Become a trusted finance partner whose insights and recommendations are truly respected, actioned and implemented
  • Drive forward continuous review and enhancement of analysis and processes, whilst challenging established processes in a constructive way
  • Support FP&A Director to develop the FP&A function, including shaping the teams strategic vision and more immediate workload and priorities
  • Partner with CFO team, Business and Risk
  • Deputise for FP&A Director as required
