As the Head of Neighbourhood Contact at PA Housing, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the resident experience and fostering strong community relationships.

Please note that this role will close on 17th March 2024, with interviews set to be held 26th/27th March 2024 at our Bede Island Office in Leicester.

We are happy to offer hybrid working with this role; You will be required to be in the office for around 2/3 days per week with the rest being from home, however please bear in mind we may need you to be in the office more within your probation and training.

It's important to us that you feel fully ready and confident in the role before working from home.

Of course if you'd prefer to be in the office more, then that is completely fine with us too Flexible working will be 35 hours between the hours of 8am - 6.30pm, Mon-Fri and Sat 9am-12pm.

You've been around the block (or the neighbourhood): 5+ years in senior management roles within housing, community engagement, or similar domains.
Your words weave magic: excellent verbal and written communication skills are your trusty wands.
You're all about the people: customerfocused, with a sixth sense for anticipating needs
Collaboration is your anthem: you dance well with others, fostering a positive team culture.

Additional role requirements:

DBS
Full Drivers Licence

Disclosure and Barring Service:

So why do we need to know this information? This role will be required to visit / support PA Housing residents in their own homes on a regular basis.

Therefore we have a duty to our residents to ensure that we have taken precautions regarding who will be visiting them and representing PA Housing.
