Our client, a busy franchised main dealership, in Oxford the requirement for an experienced Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to join their established and high performing Aftersales team.
Responsibilities
As a Service Manager / Aftersales Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Organise, coach, motivate and lead your workshop & front of house team
- Ensuring the very highest levels of customer service every time.
- Departmental profitability
- Delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets
- Controlling expenses
- Recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation
- Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation
- Installing, and maintaining processes
- Monitor, develop and improve CSI and customer experience.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' Service Manager / Aftersales Manager Experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
- Franchised Dealership Experience
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Basic Salary of £40,000
- On Target Earnings of £55,000 (uncapped)
- Use of Company Vehicle
- Extensive Benefits Package
Working Hours:
- Monday
- Friday 8am 6pm
