COMMERCIAL PROPERTY PARALEGAL 59/22 Leading York practice seeks experienced property paralegal/assistant to work alongside a senior partner. You will assist with transactions relating to the sale and acquisition of commercial freehold properties,grant and transfer of leases, and business asset sales, including licensed premises, restaurants, shops, warehouses and factories. This is a progressive role, offering further training and development. You must have some conveyancing experience, preferablywithin commercial or residential.

Hours are full time Monday to Friday

Salary is Negotiable and dependable upon experience
