JOB OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of highprofile events
  • Provide a consistent level of excellent customer service to build and maintain Sponsor relationships and ensure all customer queries and issues are addressed.
  • Acting as a contact point for allocated Sponsors.
  • Participate in discussions regarding Sponsor concerns and issues pre & postarrival.
  • Resolve and provide solutions to issues including finance, admissions, postarrival & general.
  • Manage the flow of information, seek clarification and provide advice and responses to ensure prompt resolution of issues arising with sponsors.
  • Address/respond to queries and provide solutions where possible, or redirect the query to the relevant area/team.
  • Facilitating meetings and cooperation among Sponsors, Study Group Staff and University partners;
- identifying problems in communications among these groups;
- collaborating and communicating with necessary constituents and the public, and Initiate, and developing team goals and plans and using feedback to inform future planning

  • Support team members and work collaboratively with partner sales, and marketing operations to deliver business Outcomes
  • Understand the team/unit objectives and align operational activities accordingly.
  • Consider the implications of immediate and longerterm organisational issues and how these might impact the achievement of team/unit goals.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proven experience working within sales in an education /regulated services industry.
  • Respond constructively to conflict and disagreements
  • Experience in the planning and delivery of Key Performance Indicators.
  • Be flexible, show initiative and respond quickly when situations change
  • Find opportunities to cooperate with internal and external parties to improve outcomes for customers
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and work to agreed deadlines, targets, and objectives within a challenging resultsorientated environment.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal, and particularly written, and good analytical and decisionmaking abilities.
