The role of the Medical Summariser will be:

Summarising existing patient records.
Summarising new patient records to a high standard and within agreed timescales based on Practice procedures.
Restructuring existing computerised notes.
Produce a comprehensive electronic summary using SystmOne.
Maintaining structure when recording new information.
Assisting GPs with queries relating to medical records.
To work as a member of the clinical coding team, with responsibility for own areas, inputting coded data into the Patient Administration System.

The suitable Medical Summariser will:

Have a previous work history in a similar role
Demonstrate knowledge and experience of SystmOne
Will have an up to date DBS
Take ownership and be able to work to tight deadlines

The successful Medical Summariser will receive:

A salary between £12
£12.50ph

- up to a 12 month FTC
