Description

Tradewind are recruiting We are currently looking for multiple unqualified teachers to join our team at a Warrington Secondary School.

This role is suitable for individuals who are looking for short-term and long-term work opportunities.


Pay:
£70-£85 per day


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee set work left by the teacher
  • Answer questions and manage behaviour in the classroom
  • Lead and manage a classroom
  • No planning
  • Experience supporting children or young adults in any capacity
  • Confidence to lead and manage a classroom
  • Transferable skills such as being a coach or team leader
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • A passion for education and working with young people

Essential requirements:

  • An enhanced child workforce DBS, or a willingness to process one
  • 2x professional references
  • Legal right to work in the UK
