LocationMaidstone, Kent. Hybrid or Remote (with occasional travel to clients across UK & Ireland)


Salary:
50k to 60k (DOE)

Your role involves project management and consultancy to assist clients with the implementation of the clients software and solutions.

You will be involved with the Sales & Marketing, Technical Support, Product Management and Business Support teams to ensurethe client's onboarding process is delivered in the best possible way.


Your responsibilities:

  • You will be part of the Education & Media team so you will be responsible for maintaining existing training methods and creating new ways for online training services.
  • To build and maintain relationships with the clients and help and assist train all new and existing clients on the software and processes. (Occasional travel to UK & Ireland clients may be required for in house training with them).
  • Support the sales team and provide presales support such as review client reporting requirements, query handling and preparation of commercial proposals.
  • To assist the manager in maintaining and developing suitable training materials for use of companies training courses.
  • Liaise with the clients face to face or virtually to provide all training and mentoring where required.
  • You will also be the handson support to internal training for the employees / staff on product updates and where else required.

Essential:

A formal full or part qualification in accounting or been in an accountancy role

Happy to travel frequently with work

  • Understanding of Auditing.
  • Strong active listener and customer interaction skills.
  • A track record of successful implementation projects.
  • Strong presentation skills. (this will be required with clients regularly over virtual onboarding calls)
