Description
Responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key departments and stakeholders, and delivering customer Management Information reports.

In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Sales Support and Data & Reporting departments) to maintain and improve the entire customer experience.

We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. They need to have experience within Fleet Management, Transport or related industries.


Responsibilities.

  • Managing drivers vehicle selection, and ordering.
  • Provide support and reassurance to customers.
  • Respond to customer communications or queries and resolve any issues.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Assist with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Support the wider business in identifying improvements that can be implemented to enhance both driver and customer experience.

Requirements:


  • Be able to communicate efficiently verbally, in print and on the phone.
  • Be detail oriented.
  • Be able to Multitask and handle several customer accounts.
  • Be able to manage time and projects effectively.
  • Be able to work along with teams.
  • Have knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office Software
