An exciting opportunity has arisen for a clinical support worker to join B5, our Elective Spinal surgery ward.

B5 is a 17 bedded ward delivering care to elective patients with a range of spinal conditions and also patients with injuries or cancerous tumours.

The team has a multi-disciplinary focus to ensure that patients are supported throughout their inpatient stay.

We are looking to appoint enthusiastic, highly motivated support worker's with a passion for delivering high standards of care.

The Unit receives patients from throughout the Greater Manchester region, accepting transfers in and out and therefore excellent communication skills are essential.

You will be supported on the ward by a wide range of the MDT members and a supportive induction period.

You will be able to:

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
Aspire to deliver excellent standards of care
Be able to work collaboratively with all members of the MDT
Demonstrate a high level of compassion for patients and their relatives
