About The Role:

Bring your customer-first attitude to Entain as a Social Media Customer Service representative.

The sheer pace and power of the live events and entertainment you'll be part of has to be experienced to be believed.

Play a vital role at the world's largest sports betting and gaming company. You'll be in the thick of the action, making sure our customers enjoy an amazing entertainment experience, every day. For the good of entertainment.

We're looking for Social Media Customer Service Agents to join our busy team in Nottingham


This role will be working 4 days out of 7 with an extremely flexible Hybrid Working Pattern

We are also open to Part - Time workers and we have night shifts available

What you'll be doing:


  • You will be speaking to our customers via our social media channels (Facebook & twitter) ensuring first time resolution on their queries giving them a stress free/positive experience
  • Complete training for product, service and regulatory requirements
  • Proactively escalate any issues
  • Maintain Quality & Assurance score that as a minimum meets the department KPI for each period outlined in the annual objectives

What we need from you:


  • No previous experience is required we are looking for great people with a passion for helping others
  • Fluent in English written and spoken
  • Ability to work flexibility over various shift patterns
