Mbf are working with an established Financial Planning practice based close to Wimborne to recruit an additional IFA Administrator.

Our client is a boutique IFA practice that provide holistic financial planning solutions, they are a respected business thathold Chartered status and are fully independent.

They are now seeking to recruit a personable & professional Administrator to join their growing support team.

This position will involve supporting the companies Paraplanners & Financial Advisers, you will be a vital part of a small but successful team.


Duties include:


  • Providing close knit support to the companies Paraplanners, Financial Advisers & clients
  • Processing new business
  • Updating and maintaining internal administration systems
  • Client contact and liaison with third parties
  • Fund switching within range of financial products *Wrap Platform processing
  • Assisting with portfolio & fund reviews
The client is looking to recruit a hard-working individual who has previous experience within an administration capacity.

Ideally you will come from a Financial Planning background, however the client is happy to also consider individuals who come from widerFinancia Services such as pensions, investments, banking etc.
