Our client is an Irish owned Corporate Services Provider in major growth mode.

They have offices in Newry and Dundalk, but happy to offer full flexibility regarding remote working on this role and going forward.

They are currently seeking a number of Company Secretary professionals to join their organisation on a permanent, remote basis.

The Role:

Assist the lead Company Secretary and to manage the delivery of compliance requirements for clients
Coordinate board meetings and AGMs
Work with the internal compliance team to administer processes and procedures

The Person:

ICSA/CGI qualified (ideally with 1 2 years PQE)
An understanding of the basic principles of company law and corporate governance regulation;
Previous company secretarial experience working with companies under Irish and/or UK company law and handling compliance filings with local authorities;
