Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global sales training and enablement strategy that aligns with our business goals and sales objectives.
  • Design, implement, and oversee the delivery of sales training programs that cover industry knowledge, product understanding, selling skills, and other relevant topics.
  • Implement a sales enablement toolkit that supports the sales force in their client interactions (e.g., presentations, datasheets, proposal templates, demos).
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales leadership to develop a deep understanding of our products and markets and translate that into training content.
  • Drive continuous learning and improvement through the introduction of new enablement methods and technologies.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of sales training and enablement initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a global sales training team.

Required Skills & Experience:
1. 10+ years of experience in sales training or sales enablement, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales training programs and initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity market, products, and sales processes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a global team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in training methodologies, curriculum development, and soft skills (communication, presentation, etc.) training.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive change at all levels within an organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
