3rd Line IT support technician required to join a growing MSP located in the West Midlands. The company has been established for over 15 years and has a large set of clients whom they service.

As a 3rd Line IT support technician you will be required to

  • Provide technical support to clients resolving any hardware,software, networking and cloud services
  • Acting as an escalation point for any 1st and 2nd Line issues
  • Configure systems
  • Ensure network security
Being a 3rd Line IT support technician you will have experience of

  • Office 36
  • Working within an MSP environment
  • Knowledge of best security practises
  • Hyper-V


Due to the nature of this role a UK driving License and access to a car is required, 3-5 years experience within a MSP would be desirable.
