Contract (Inside IR35)

Seascale, Cumbria


An exciting opportunity has become available for an Administration Assistant to join a leading Construction Company to support the delivery of a highly regulated Nuclear Engineering project in Cumbria.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the Time booking Team with data input into the project time booking system.
  • Provide cover to the Time booking team, support production of reports.
  • Data input and generation of reports from the project/site access system MSITE.
  • Producing a report each week of office numbers and Blue-Collar operatives summarising the approval percentage, blue collar resources and workforce average for senior managers.
  • Providing senior managers with any further information/reports regarding attendance numbers.
  • Provide support to the resourcing team.


  • General Admin duties

  • Minutes of meetings/typing/photocopying & scanning.
  • Assist with Room booking internal and external for the project.
  • Assist with Travel bookings using the travel booking system.
  • Reception cover when required.

Experience Required:


  • Previous experience gained in a similar role/environment.
  • Highly motivated, Honest Reliable and Professional Person.
  • Excellent Communication Skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team.
  • Organised with excellent timekeeping skills.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Due to the nature of the work this individual will require BPSS clearance and a P4 Pass to be eligible to access the site.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Freelance

Contract length: 13 months


Salary:
£11.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
