Our client is seeking an experienced INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT.
You will have excellent communication skills and be able to manage your day and workload effectively.
You will be highly efficient, task-focussed and be able to make calculated decisions
Responsibilities:
- Taking all inbound calls
- Taking messages and updating internal database
- Following in house processes
- Processing follow up notes and messages
Skills/Attributes/Experience:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and adapt
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Salary:
£9.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
