This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced growing business.

This will be a very 'hands on' role. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial controlling and integrity of income, costs, payroll and investment information.


Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Lead Finance Team with Monthly and Quarterly close process
  • Maintain Sales and Purchase Ledger through managing of Finance Team (Credit Controller / Purchase Ledger)
  • P&L responsibility for Journals / Prepayments / Fixed Assets / Stock Adjustments
  • Provide strong Financial Reporting integrity and Analytical Review of financial results (via OneStream)
  • Ensuring Compliance against new and existing accounting standards
  • KPI Data Gathering & Reporting
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations on a monthly basis
  • Cashflow Forecasting and Analytical Reporting
  • Payment Runs and Control of banking
  • Oversight of NetSuite and processes
  • Manage Inter Company Relationships and ensure Transactions are reported correctly
  • Monitoring Financial Controls and Continuous Improvement of Finance processes
  • Support Annual Budget & Strategic Plan preparation for Access360 including regular Forecasting
  • Business Partnering to all areas of the i54 Apex site
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be expected and which are commensurate with the level of the post
