**Fixed term contract until 31st March 2026 | £41,173 to £45,442 per annum (Scale K) | 37 hours per week | Norwich

We are seeking a Project Lead to deliver transformation projects for our business-critical social care and education systems (Liquidlogic, ContrOCC, Synergy) supporting Children's Services business requirements.


You will have a commitment to delivering high quality services for the people of Norfolk, and a willingness to learn about new areas of business.

You will be a team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others, and with a flexible and adaptable approach to your daily work.


You will work closely with social care and support colleagues to develop innovative system solutions and lead the implementation of business change in a large and complex organisation and with partner agencies.


You will have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills and be comfortable in a demanding environment working to tight deadlines, whilst managing and solving a wide range of risks and issues.
