Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drink's menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, upselling special items and taking orders. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of coffees. Experience in making barista coffee desirable but essential as training will be given. Following the company standards on cleaning, sweeping, floors._
