Our main aim is:
To provide a young lady with person centred support so she is able to feel connected to her community, feel safe in a homely environment and receive the care and support she need's in all aspects of her life whilst promoting independence.
The young lady lives in her own bungalow with a staff team on a 2:1 basis 24 hours a day including evenings, weekends, sleep in and waking night duties.
She enjoys Disney, drives out in the car, spending time on her own within her home and spending time with her staff which helps her to feel safe.
At times the young lady does require additional support when she becomes anxious and support with personal care is needed.
The young lady appreciates staff who are fun and not afraid to sing and dance, good sense of humour, calm, friendly, consistent committed to her and are able to maintain boundaries to make her feel safe.
