My client is an award-winning, successful business with a friendly, warm atmosphere and progressive attitude. They are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to come onboard in a brand new role.

This is an exciting position well suited to acareer minded individual and will be a key role within the business.

Your role will involve:

Using data and segmentation strategies to identify guest groups and needs
Contributing to marketing effectiveness to improve interactions with consumers
Identifying trends and optimising advertising spend
Delivering innovative and effective database growth strategies through digital marketing
Collaborating with the wider marketing team to create effective landing pages to drive additional web traffic
Identifying critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
4+ years' experience in a digital marketing/CRM role
Expertise in eCRM systems. Knowledge of Acteol/Atreemo would be useful too
To be data and analytics obsessed and able to provide clarity and insight to the wider team
Expertise in Facebook/Instagram/Google advertising, with a record of success in these fields
A highly organised approach and the ability to plan and run multiple projects simultaneously
Highly developed communications skills, with a great business acumen
A valid driving license and access to independent transport
