We are hiring for an Internal Client Services Executive role. This role is an integral part of our front end sales team.

Primarily you will be calculating and delivering accurate, commercial pricing for the company's products and services within the large format digital print and point-of-sale industry.

You will have the knowledge and experience identify the needs of both new and existing clients to advise and steer, providing bespoke solutions to meet their diverse needs.

There is a focus on offering excellent client liaison service to build and manage strong relationships.

Effective internal and external communication and integrity are key to ensure projects are successfully driven through the company.


Computer literacy is essential with experience of Excel, Word, Power Point and Adobe Suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify customer and business needs
• Ensure Brand Advocacy along with first class client satisfaction is delivered
• Use Company pricing tools to accurately determine customer costings and pricing strategies
• Communicate both externally and internally to understand and make qualified, informed recommendations
• Procure quotes, services and products from external suppliers and subcontractors.
• Plan accurate and informed timescales for projects
• Identify patterns and trends of key customers to maximise project wins
• Develop and maintain strong professional customer relationships whilst looking to grow existing client base
• Deliver high client satisfaction at all times
