We have been around since 2004 and provide recycling collections to over 30,000 business customers; helping them recycle more, send nothing to landfill, and get stats on all their achievements.

These customers range from small offices and shops to large businesses, including Pret a Manger, Facebook, Zara, and Caffe Nero.

If you're committed to providing first-class customer service, then this is a great opportunity for you. We want you to amaze customers by providing swift and efficient responses to queries of all kinds. From order-taking and problem-solving to answering questions on what can be recycled.
The working hours are 9:
Monday to Friday with an hour lunch break, the starting salary is £23,500 a year with an additional performance bonus.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering calls from existing customers: taking orders and dealing with general enquiries
- Solving both routine problems and complex customer enquiries and issues
- Complaint handling
- Outgoing courtesy calls to existing clients to check the services are going well
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you need to have a brilliant phone manner and a proactive and enthusiastic attitude.

- Great accuracy and attention to detail
- Good problemsolving skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently
- Good computer skills
