This is a great opportunity to join our client in Northampton as a Planning and Ops coordinator to help plan the smooth running of deliveries over 62 vehicles across the UK.

The Planning and Ops coordinator will have the potential to go permanent with the company depending on experience

Hours of work
10:00 - 18:00

Monday - Friday

Responsibilities of Planning and Ops coordinator

Planning up to 700 orders over 62 vehicles all across the UK
Cover holidays and absences to complete daily planning schedules
Handling the processes for new patient installations and hospital changes
Reviewing the current vehicle profiles to ensure it remains efficient and cost effective.
Providing any other additional support to operations and arranging site visits with the transport ops manager
Flexibility to cover different roles
Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, 365, and paragon
Effective time management
Experience in planning and operations
