Role Responsibilities
- Maintain and communicate release plans to stakeholders
- Coordinate and run emergency and regulatory required periodic testing of systems and procedures
- Participate in release related incident followups and alert reviews
EssentialExperience
- Ability to triage and prioritise incoming requests
- Good communication skills ability to clearly communicate timelines and status updates
- Proven experience of releasing software changes into a sensitive production environment
- Experience in configuration management
