Workshop Operative - Guyhirn, Cambridgeshire - Excellent Package/Circa £14ph
Our client is a major, established manufacturing company based in Cambridgeshire.

They have asked us to identify and attract a Workshop Operative to assist with the assembly of home improvement products and accessories against a production schedule aligned to deliveries direct to customers.

Also, to offer support to various departments within the workshop as and when required.

Key Tasks:

Assist with the machining of timber profiles.

Offer support with the sanding of solid wood doors.

Cutting of profiled batons for kitchen carcasses.

Assisting in the spray shops.

To help colleagues within the team as and when required but to also work effectively alone.

To maintain a high standard of workmanship but work at a pace to contribute to the productivity bonus.

Ensure your work area is always clean and tidy.

To ensure all work is always of the highest standard.

Minimise ineffective/down time.

To undertake overtime working at busy times as required.

Rewards:

The position comes with a starting salary of £12 per hour plus a great production bonus.

Salary:
£12.00-£14.50 per hour
