Software Licensing Specialist - London


Gibbs hybrid is looking for an accomplished Software Licensing Specialist to work onsite with a London client within their Assets and licensing Team.

You will perform a software license and asset reconciliation which involves analysing license keys and purchaseorders. This is a 6mths PAYE rolling contract and you will be required onsite 2-3 days a week.

  • Responsible for the review of sales orders and analysing install base records
  • Consult and collaborate with sales, order operations and deals desk.
  • Establish strong relationships with sales and other crossfunctional team
  • Work with customers and internal teams to identify problems, process gaps and assist in ongoing process improvements.

Essential:

  • Software Sales Operations experience (ideally within Quote to Cash process)
  • Analytical skills (Critical thinking / problem solving / collaboration / communication). Likes investigative work.
  • Understanding of software licensing and previous experience of software licensing reconciliation
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Able to work in fastpaced environment
  • Great time management skills to deliver outcomes on time
  • Have worked directing in a Licensing role
